Version 26.10 mainly reworks how you get started with SpedV and how you manage your fleet and Kontor.
New players are now greeted by a welcome wizard. It guides you through your display name, the game rules, finding a company (apply, found your own or join with an invite code) and installing the telemetry plugin. A short tour of SpedV follows. The applications view has been reworked as well and now shows the message history between applicant and company. Companies can add a Discord link, a homepage link and an image to their application page.
In Kontor, you can now set a map selection for each trailer, and dispatchers can lock it if they want. There is also a new trailer search, plus sorting and categories in the planning view. Trailer assignment and the map display have been reworked, and when you cancel freights, the cost is shown beforehand.
In the fleet, truck cards have a new design and show details and statistics per truck. Branches are now moved and added through a wizard, and parking places have been reworked.
When SpedV can’t connect, for example because of maintenance, a restart, an update or a ban, you now see a dedicated notice page instead of a short message. SpedV then reconnects automatically. ETS2, ATS and OMSI 2 can also be launched straight from SpedV if they are installed through Steam.
There are also many bug fixes, including transfers, the account balance statistics, Kontor job completion, savegame parsing and a crash on first launch. A fix for drive data lost after deleting an active job is included too.
